This place was fine until about a week ago. I received terrible customer service after not placing an order in advance. The woman behind the counter acted as though my failure to order in advance was a personal insult to her. I order bagels for my work and sometimes, I don't get enough advance notice to place an order beforehand. When I told her that, she still had major attitude. It was very unprofessional.
