Not sure what the hype is all about. Maybe because it's sushi on the strip? There's better sushi and it's outside the strip. Ok, I'm not saying it's bad. The calamari was good and different from the calamari I'm used to. The jalapeno glaze gave it a tangy crunchy flavor, which makes it unique. We ordered 2 rounds of that. The endamame, I was expecting to have more spices added on to it. There was barely any salt. Got the foie gras skewer as an appetizer. It was just a small skewer wrapped in asparagus. Tasty, but for the price, I wish I got more than a skewer. It was so tiny. I also had the pork belly fried rice with fried egg on top. I like the flavor of the pork belly and how tender it was. Runny fried egg made it all better. This place is good, but pricey since on the strip. Ambiance was good too. You need to make a reservation to get strip view seating.
