I don't even think that this company even deserves a star! Let me tell you, I have been dealing with this guy (Cole Boren). He first made initial contact with me to get my application started. All the while (now 2 weeks into escrow) I never get a call from him. During the past several weeks, I have been the one to initiate the contact. Just trying to reach the guy was tough enough. When he finally called me back after I had raged to one of his processors, he wanted to decline my loan because he said that I contacted him too much. Unreal. He claims that since he's the branch manager, that he's too busy. How about learn sales and learn to stay in contact with your client to get loans done. This company is WORTHLESS! I strongly suggest you use another company for your home loan needs...especially if you want to know the status of your loan. Castle and Cooke Mortgage doesn't communicate with their prospects and after reviewing other reviews, I wish I would have not wasted my time.
