We are big Panera fans and we go there often. The last few times service has fallen off. Tonight when we went, they left items out of the order, and the food was cold. We tried calling 4 times over a 30 minute period, but nobody answers their phones. We the wasted 15 more minutes waiting for corporate to answer. The last time we tried calling and nobody answered, so we gave up.
