US Storage operates by harassment, and I've NEVER even done business here. This place has spent over 2 months calling/texting me about someone's late storage bill. I don't have a storage unit, I've never set foot here, my name is not the name on the unit, I don't know if they transposed numbers or got a wrong area code. Honest mistake is what I thought, so I contacted them to let them know so they could update their records and remove my number. You'd think that would be enough, right? NOT SO! I don't know how more plainly I can explain it, US Storage, REMOVE MY NUMBER. I'M NOT THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I've called numerous times asking they disassociate my number, but they are incapable/unwilling to remove my number. I've spoken to the facility, the answering service, I've tried contacting corporate contact. I've even been hung up on. It's like they think I'm lying. This is worse than a debt collector. Wtf US Storage? The calls/texts are multiple times daily. I would never do business with a facility this inept, who is this willing to engage in harassing an unrelated non-customer over $88 flipping dollars.
