We needed a new sofa, as ours has seen much better days, so we ventured out to Bobs in Monroeville. Our salesman, Steve Nese, was great! He pointed us in the direction of exactly what we were looking for. He let us talk things over privately and didn't hound us, which is so nice because usually, salesmen are over bearing. When we picked the sofa we wanted, Steve led us to Heather to get the payments and such in order. She was just as great as Steve! The 4 of us (my husband, myself, Steve, and Heather) laughed and joked and they made the experience very nice for us. (I appreciate that because the process of buying new furniture is stressful!)
Our last stop was to set up a pickup for the new sofa and Tiffany & Sherry took care of us! They said they would call as soon as they knew it was on it's way!
