I had an appointment at 11am , and arrive 5 minutes before 11. When I arrive there was no receptionist sitting at the desk so I sat down on the chairs in front of the reception thinking maybe she just walked away , 10 minutes later I walked into the area where two stylist was doing hair and told one of them that I had an appointment at 11, she then told me to sit down and I did, 20 minutes later she comes over and asks me what I wanted done when I already told the lady when I was making the appointment a week ago what I wanted done . I told her I was using a Groupon for the cut and colour and partial highlights , and she tells me to sit down. I was greeted by cyndi who was very kind and welcoming , I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me a medium bob with it longer in the front which I asked for. The cut was uneven , it was choppy and the cut wasn't in a straight line at the bottom which I asked for. She then asked me what colour I wanted and I told her a silver ash colour and she asked me what about the highlights I told her an ashy silver . She applied the highlights dye to my hair with her fingers and toned it after . I paid an extra $20 to get it toned and didn't know they wouldn't do the highlights without that extra $20. After she dye it, it was no where close to silver and was a dark brown with lemon coloured/ yellow highlights that were uneven and a mess. I had to spend another $300 to get my hair dyed at another salon to fix the mess.
