This place came highly recommended to me by two of my friends. So naturally I was expecting it to be great....NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Not sure what took 4 hours but the haircut was so uneven, she still had a matte behind one of her ears (which didn't look like they were cut anyways). Her paws were uneven and missed some hairs that were super long. Not worth the $, I've paid less for better. If your charging $40 for a small dogs haircut then take some pride in your work! I shouldn't have had to come home and cut 3inches off my dogs tail! Only reason I can think to give 1 star is because she smelled good. No website which in this day and age is very weird. Never answers the phone so I had to leave a message and didn't receive a return phone call until the next day. Then got my dogs name wrong and told me I didn't have an appointment, when I did. They don't do confirmation calls and don't have a referral program! Will NOT be returning!!
