Edit: Corporate contacted me and we agreed that this is an opportunity for training and that it would be addressed. I feel more confident that I will get better service from them in the future if I need to go here. So because of their responsiveness, but the fact thst its still not a full service store, my final verdict is 4 stars. Oruginal post: Went trade in my phone. One customer was at the desk and one customer was waiting. After about five minutes, the guy waiting left. The guy at the counter did not acknowledge us even though the current customer had a complicated request. We waited about ten more minutes because we had already invested time waiting. He finally acknowledged us only to tell us we couldn't trade in the phone because apparently it's not a corporate store, even though it says Verizon all over the place. How am I supposed to know? All he would have had to do was say hi when we first walked in.
