Upon my last visit to this store the owner, provided horrible customer service. She was unprofessional, causing a scene and yelling in front of other customers. All I was trying to do was take advantage of an email coupon I received towards my purchase. Being in the advertising/marketing industry for years I am aware of the proper way to execute promotions, if you have limitations you must be extremely concise on the promotional piece, including a unique identifier if you don't want others use it or forward it on. Keep in mind with any campaign, there are always exceptions. The goal of distributing offers to consumers is to gain additional business, in this incident she obviously forgot this. I appreciate her removing my email address from her database, after this incident she saved me the effort of "unsubscribing". I strongly urge anyone thinking about shopping at this establishment to reconsider unless you want to deal with this type of customer service.
