Albert had to reschedule our appointment that we booked back in June of last year. We were happy with the work until our beautiful artificial grass started melting back in March. We found out it was because of the reflection from the sun shining on our energy efficient windows. After getting solar screens, we still have lines in the grass and we've called Albert repeatedly asking for him to come replace the grass and clean up our landscaping and he won't call us back. Lo and behold we found out from our new landscaper that he should have WARNED us about the melting grass and he cut all kinds of corners. The irrigation is wrong, the pavers are installed incorrectly, one of our beautiful palms died because he buried it too deeply in rocks, the drainage is wrong by our gate, and he didn't use the right kind of sand in our artificial grass to prevent odors from when our dogs go potty back there. Hundred of dollars to get their work corrected.
