Came to Las Vegas for extended business, so why rent an apartment or pay for a hotel? These types of venues would seem to be a a great opportunity for both customer and owner, but the truth is way different. Many properties, this one included, are beyond rundown, with many full-time residents having no other option, as they are receiving disability, welfare, and who knows what else. The space I inhabited for several days, while very conveniently located, was a filthy, cigarette-burned sewer, with no WiFi to speak and very little in the way of smiling customer service. I finally transferred to a different brand of the same type of lodging, which was much better on all counts.
