Justin + team at Elite Floor are lifesavers! They've come and cleaned my carpets on a number of occasions and every time they leave my carpet smelling and looking great. You can tell the difference between how they pre-treat stains and how other carpet cleaners go about it. Justin takes his time and is very thorough. They also guarantee their work which helped on one occasion where I had some stubborn odors as a result of a new dog in the house.
