A few days ago, one of the windows on my vehicle fell off track and wouldn't roll up. As you can imagine, this isn't something you can go long without fixing so I immediately took my vehicle to Findlay Lincoln. Greg was my service advisor. He sensed my unease, assured me my vehicle would be ready as soon as possible and even called with updates throughout the day. I was not able to make it to Lincoln by 6 p.m. due to work but Greg stayed a few minutes after closing just to ensure I was able to pick up my vehicle that day. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire experience and now, will only go to Greg for future service.
