**Stay away from this store and BEWARE of "free shipping"** Potential scam?? We bought a love seat in January and was told we will have free shipping. Everything was nice and date was set up at the store. The staff knew we live in a condo and said nothing about the actual cobdition of "free delivery". All we received was the general delivery terms and condition. Then the nightmare began. On the day of the delivery, the delivery company called my husband and asked him to bring a dolly to meet him because they will not bring the loveseat to the unit. What kind of furniture don't deliver to the unit? Also the condition that was given cleaely stated. We can't being the loveseat up so the delivery people threathern us that the company will charge us for restocking fee. I called the conpany and the lady was rude. She said this is a "free delivery" hence they dont bring the loveseat up to the unit. She told me to "deal with the delivery company". She also said the store should have tols me about it. Well they didnt. Who would buy a big furniture if they know they have to buy an appropriate dolly and move it from outside of the building and get it in the elevator then to the unit?? I told the lady I paid Ashley for the product and service hence I shouldn't have to deal with their third party delivery company. I told her I want a full refund unless they were able to delivery the loveseat on the same day (who can afford to take two day offs for a furniture??). The lady on the phone promised me she will comtact me. Well, she didn't. 3 months later they finally called us. The delivery scheduling person called my husband and told him they want to schedule a day for delivery. We told him no and we wanted a full refund. (What do they think we have been sitting on for the last 3 months??) Then the person began rude and aggressive. Telling him we are going to charge you. You have to call the store, I AM GOING TO KEEP CALLING YOU UNTIL YOU FED UP OF ME. Two days later I received a voice message from the store manager. Didnt leave her name and just told me to call back. When I call back a staff picked up. This staff was nice and just took the information as she has no authority to issue full refund (they want a restocking fee). On the next busibess day I got a call from the manager. She just told me to go to the storw and get a refund. I asked if I will get a full refund and she said no. She said they cannot give me a full refund because they wanted charge doe restocking fee. I told her they didnt fullfill their terms and condition hence I shouldn't be charged for the restocking fee. She then told me to go to the store. I asked her again if I am going to get a full refund. She said no. I asked her what's the point for me to go to the store if I am not going to get rhe full refund? She began aggressive as well. I tols her they didnt fullfill their terms and condition meaning delivery the product to my unit, it is not fair for me to pay for the restocking fee. She was like yay? We got a paper that you signed here. I asked if it is a paper about free delivery. She said we've got a paper stating you will have to pay for restocking fee if I cancel the delivery. I told her I didnt want to cancel, you guys just didnt want to delivery it to my home. She saud the same thing all over. Then she told me to call the customer sevice then I hung up. The customer service said they cannot help me because they only deal with after sales. I emailed the coorporate as listed in the website about the whole story. In the email said if you are not going to fix the issue then I will have report this to the media. A day later they called my husband. They told him I shouldn't email them about the issue because it related to the local store. (what???? You can't control your stores and you can let them to do whatever???) Finally the store called me two days later gave me the full refund.
