I dined here on a busy Saturday night. Even though we hadn't made reservations, the restaurant happily accommodated our party of four. We were offered fresh baked bread, and an extensive wine list from which to choose a beverage. Dinner all around was Caesar salads and burgers both the Frenchie and the American. The Caesar salad was delightfully above average: crisp green romaine tossed with a creamy pesto dressing, fresh cracked black pepper, flaked parmesan, and topped with toasted pine nuts, radish and carrot slivers, and bright bits of red pepper. Delicious! I ordered my burger medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly. It arrived with accompanying sides of creamy horseradish mayo, and ketchup. I opted to top my burger with the suggested Gruyere cheese, which complemented the excellently cooked pork belly that crowned the entire, glorious creation. My companions opted for the American, which they all agreed was cooked to their liking and substantial. The décor and ambiance were warm and inviting... dark wood, marble, and sleek accents with just a touch of rustic charm. We all agreed that the price of the meal perdecrly reflected the quality of both the food and the service we received. This was the best meal I had in Vegas... I will be back!
