I'm on the fence between one/two stars. Andys has a great deal for a monthly fee of unlimited washes. We have a basic package as we can upgrade for a fee when needed. The employees all need some lessons on basic customer service. I've lost / broken my wipers twice (they replaced) however it happens because the person working the wash does not apply proper coverage to the wipers. Each time it happened I was blamed that I have to remind the person to pretty much do his job. When I do remind they look at me like I'm a b- word for telling them. Every person who I ever have encountered is not friendly, and when you meet the owner he follows the same suite. So as long as you never have to deal with anyone who works there, just drive through and get your wash... it will be fine, just don't expect great customer service or that they even care about their customers.
