I have been to Magenta at Fairview, Promenade mall, Upper Canada and Vaughan mills. Picture quality is the same everywhere but staff quality is not the same at all locations. Fairview had the worst customer service. Their staff don't listen to you well when you try to ask something to them. My baby's picture was taken there. They used their toys to make my kid laugh. Toys were dusty and a bug bite my kid's face. He had red rash middle of their session. I called to store to complain about it and I was told District manager would call but it's months now but no one has called me. Victoria has bad bad customer service. Never go to this location again.
