Updated Review:
Recently we approached the school about our family expecting the arrival of another child. We wanted to enroll them here together bc we had been so pleased with them in the past. We waited several weeks getting passed from supervisor to district manager to regional manger about pricing. Not only were they unwilling to budge on price but they informed us our original agreement could not be honored and that our rates would go up in December. Fast forward (4 weeks dealing with corporate), after waiting for email responses and phone calls we finally realized that they were not interested in having our children there or guaranteed enrollment for the next five years from us. All of this, because we asked if they could knock 30 dollars off the weekly tuition which is now above 400 a week. We decided to leave this school in the next few months and now have learned that the director is gone and our rates have already increased 30$ a week. The teachers we love the corporation as a whole we could do without.
Second update: we have left the school towards the end of November 2016. We have since learned that all of the teachers we adored have either left and or were fired. Today end of January 2017 we received a call from their collections department saying we owe 1000+ dollars in unpaid tuition. We informed them we had left the school and were told numerous times by numerous staff members including the stand in director that no forms needed to be filed upon leaving. So all we did was say good bye to everyone on our last day and cancelled our automatic payment. The collections department said they could do nothing about it and to go to our local branch were it's a completely new staff that has no idea who we are makes sense right? The collections department also called our places of work searching for us before reaching us on our cell phones. Once again the corporate kindercare has come back to haunt us 3 months after leaving this place. I would give negative stars to them as a company as for my local school no idea bc it's an all new staff as stated earlier.
