Horrible experience! I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and it was delivered and installed by Barlows. It was installed incorrectly and flooded out my custom cabinetry. Immediately I had to call a plumber and a restoration company to fix and assess the leak. A supervisor from the company came over and was very verbally aggressive with me claiming that I had faulty plumbing from my RO system that caused the leak. Eventually my cabinet was repaired by the company but they still owe me over $500 in financial damages I had to lay out. I spoke with the supervisor Aaron who has now told me it could take weeks for an investigation to get reimbursed.I have forwarded this information to my lawyer and I'm prepared to go to court ASAP to get my money back. Shame on Home Depot for using such a poorly ran company I will never buy another appliance there again and I will be sure when I buy an appliance somewhere else to ask who The delivery company is.
