This is one of the worst Starbucks stores I've ever been to. Here's why: Parking. The Starbucks is connected to a Pei Wei AND a bar, but the parking lot only seems big enough for the Pei Wei people. It's a disaster trying to maneuver around that lot. The only time the lot isn't packed is in the morning. Any other time, forget about it. That lot is full. The staff. The staff always seems very rude to me any time I come in. I have a Starbucks Gold Card, so I know what the policy is on free refills for iced coffee. These people REFUSE to give me refills because "I didn't buy the drink there and stay there." It doesn't matter where you buy your Starbucks iced coffee! I can get a refill any time during the day and at any regular Starbucks! Not only do I have to BUY my coffee there, but I have to STAY and drink my coffee there before I can get a refill. Are you kidding me?!? No other Starbucks I know of anywhere else has a policy like that. The size. This is quite a small Starbucks. So even if I was to stay and drink my iced coffee, there's barely anywhere to sit. There are some chairs outside, but who wants to sit outside in Phoenix? There are a lot better Starbucks stores around. I never go to this one anymore. They are terrible.
