This is the second time that they have not picked up my donation when they were scheduled to. It's extremely annoying to have to call them and get them to come again. They are never available the next day, and you have to wait for them to get back to you with an alternate date and meanwhile you have all these boxes sitting around.
The reason they have a problem picking things up from my house is that I have an address with a letter in it. 345A. But their drivers are not that bright, and instead go to 345. They don't see any boxes on the porch and they leave. They don't bother looking at the house next door, which says 345A and DOES have boxes marked with "D" on the porch. Seriously. Hire smarter people.
