I left the office yesterday after my very first appointment with Doctor Cohn. She didn't seem to care much about my problem, had a very rushed demeanor, and refused to look into my acne and the possibility of it being hormonal. Instead, she managed to prescribe me some facial wash and cream. Yeah, I've dealt with acne for years and it's absolutely not because my skin regime is lacking. I've tried everything possible and that is WHY I scheduled an appointment to see her. She did not care to look into anything further and was quite rude and confrontational with me after having asked a few questions. Heaven forbid I do that at my own appointment, which I waited close to an hour in the waiting room for, and another fifteen in the office after the med assistant was finished. The general feeling of disconcern i got from her and disappointment I, myself feel make choosing to return here a no-brainer. Poor experience.
