I would like to choose 3.5 stars. It's pretty hit or miss, depending on what you need and who you get. One thing I found out is their mobile app has a glitch on some people's iphones to where recent transactions don't appear in the "Pending" section under your account because there IS no Pending section. This makes it hard to know your REAL balance. This can cause erroneous NSF fees for which you can be reimbursed, IF you ASK and can email them your screen shots proving you are missing the Pending section. Their IT Department is working on this.
