I've lived in Bloor West Village for more than 10 yrs and occasionally go into this store. In the past I've found the service is ok but it's usually an employee who isn't super polite but not rude either. Today I went in to buy some product and found the owner. I asked for help and instead of helping me he started asking a lot of questions about what products I used and when I wasn't sure of the exact name of one he responded by saying then he couldn't help me. So I said that's fine I would figure it out myself at which point he became even more rude and sarcastic and made strange comments like "good luck". Now my family has owned a hair salon for more than 20 yrs so I do know a bit about hair product. But his comment was so uncalled for and obnoxious that I felt like he really didn't care if he got my business or not. I walked out of there without giving him my business and will never be going back to that store again. These people need a lesson in customer service.
