The best customer service I've had in a long time, and we'll be coming back here for all future service needs! Steve could not have been more accommodating and attentive, getting my S4 in for what appeared to be a minor brake light issue with 2 hours notice. We ended up having a major clutch defect needing parts from Germany. He provided a beautiful new 2017 loaner with little notice to save our weekend plans with no car. The part arrived and was installed before expected under warranty. Why can't all dealerships be this great?!! Thanks Steve!
