I was in an automobile accident in April 2016. I initially went a chiropractor for help but the pain increased instead of getting better. I had almost completely stopped working it was so severe. After my initial consultation and pain procedures I was able to start back part time. They explaiined EVERYTHING in detail so I knew what to expect each step of the way. I am not with my processes but I am on my way. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Lorin
