Dear Veterans, You deserve more respect than this company can offer you. They lack the basic knowledge in mortgages and won't answer specific questions to keep you hanging on in hopes they can make money off you as fast as they can. They know the insurance world but not home loans. They are not diverse in there products, their interest rates are some of the highest in the nation. They are pushing for speed to close a loan and making huge mistakes in the process. They don't care about the person or taking Time to make the loan work. If you are not A++ paper or credit worthy they will not make the time to work with you. Go to bank that is puplically traded and held responsible for there actions and will offer a better rate. USAA is member owned and and states they care for members and employees but prove in there actions that they do not..... if your getting a loan with USAA you are making a huge mistake.... shop, shop for that rate. There is way better rates out there. I promise. my father was a Vietnam Vet and a Marine for life. I come from a family that has served our country through the Marines, Army, Navy and Air-Force. I'm sad to say USAA cares about money not about bringing there members home.
Do not work for USAA...This company is not worth your time. Please heed my warning. They communicate up until you are placed. Then they are a ghost town. The agreements they have with companies like USAA is to be the communications on any coaching. But they don't coach or speak with you. USAA and KForce have a, you have no value to our company we will just replace you attitude. With USAA and Kforce not coaching or speaking with you during training or nesting stages...You are set up to fail. No matter how strong of an employee you are. I recommended people to both companies: Kforce and USAA believing in both of these companies all 5 of us woman over the age of 45 were ignored, discriminated against and never coached or spoken to. We were all set up to fail and then never spoke to again when we were promised for replacement. Then I was stocked on Facebook by a manager at USAA. These companies together are horrible the CEO and Presidents of these companies and the public need to know both companies are not professional and morally wrong.
