I hit up their food truck at Walnut Wednesday and got the brisket sandwich. It was underwhelming. The meat was bland, the bbq sauce was bland, the slaw was incredibly bland, and the bread was, well, bread. For $9, the portion of brisket was a joke, with most of it being fat. I really hope the restaurant is better, because I had high hopes for this place.
Oh, and they sell bacon on a stick for $5.
