The absolute worse service I've ever had! First off Brenda was the rudest person to be working in customer service. Had such a bad attitude when I was returning 3 rings I purchased with her previously. The manager there is even worse not only did it take me 25 times to get the through to someone on the phone. They didn't know where my order was they didn't know why it was taking so long after I was told it would take 3 weeks to come back now all of a sudden it's 6 weeks and their other office is "closed" how convenient right? I'm livid right now the manager is so rude to people and so sassy that I don't know how he's in the position that he's even in with that business. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! Don't waste your time or money I will never purchase anything with these people again. I guess since they're just an "Outlet" they let anyone work there
