On 09/21/17 took my brand new 2017 Escalde to be tinted. After 35mn the SUV was doneI I was in a total shock that he (Daniel) I beleive was his name finished it in a very little time for a such huge SUV. Next day I noticed visible little bubbles all over & I immediatly called to complain, their answer was just wait 2 to 3 days it will go away, waited 4days it got worse. I showed up Today 09/25 @ 9:00am for retinting. Daniel came out inspected the vehicle & his answer was I'm going to do my best again but expect some bubbles LOL. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
After the second attempt you can still see little BUBBLES & on top of that he made a deep scratch about 2" long on the chrome with a sharp item on the driver side rite at the botton of the window.
I've never had any issues tinting my cars for the last 10 years accept with TOTAL ECLIPSE.
It was a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with them.
