I actually found this place by checking out Yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed. It definitely deserves the 5 starts it has received from everyone. I went in with a simple design, and tattoo artist Bob sketched it up, gave me a couple of ideas of how he could enhance the design while still keeping the original integrity of the look, and went to town. He was great, and I'd recommend him to anyone that goes here.
The people I observed in this place, both the tattoo artists and those in there to get a tattoo, were not the type that just walked in randomly wanting to get some lame tribal band or a tramp stamp. They take their work seriously, and these are real designs going on their bodies. The place was clean, the support staff was friendly, and when I get the itch again for my next tattoo, I'm definitely coming back here.
