Stay away from the service department if you can. They can't even change oil without creating more problems. Unfortunately I've had to deal with Chrysler in a bad way for going on four years now. Nothing ever goes smoothly. There's always some kind of problem. Should of bought a Chevy or something. I'm not sure that anyone knows what they're doing.
