I have lived here for about 4 mounts now and i have not had any problems. All the people i have meet have been very nice including management. Keep in mind the size of the apartment is not for everyone but with all the thing to do downtown, or in the courtyard, or being at work, the only time i am in my apartment is getting ready for work or sleeping. Yes there are homeless people around but for the most part they keep to themselves. Over all this is a chill place to live for people of all ages. PS. please, please replace the torn hammocks its my favorite place to relax after a long day of work :)
