If I can choose 000 stars I would...this place has to be the worse, from poor customer service, deceiving website, over priced service and an over all bad experience.
I would never go back and would never recommend it to anyone.
We are new in Charlotte, and got a coupon for a discount of $12.99 for synthetic oil change. The clerk at the desk was so busy on a phone call that took at least over 25min to finally direct his attention to my husband, to tell him of course that the bill for the oil change was over $75.00 and that included the discount.!!! on top of course continued to offer change tires, at that point since the man couldn't answer why the service was so high and was obviously not going to upgrade selling his "additional services" he sent my husband off to another clerk that told him that the hourly work of the mechanics is not included in the total of the oil change, Service for 1hr was $66.50 , oil change parts $22.00 + $5. on additional oil + tax.!!!
Not only the outrageous charge, the car was filthy! dirty oil stains everywhere inside the car,
This place is ridiculous, we will never go there again.
