If I could give them a -10 I would. I brought my laptop in to be fixed and after a moth and $150 they said it couldn't be fixed. This was after many phone calls, visits and promises that it would be fixed tomorrow, next week, etc......I finally picked it up and they would not give me my money back although just before I picked it they said they would... they are incompetent, worse yet liars and should not be in any business!!!
