Horrible, shady management and staff. Always without exception, every single thing we needed fixed or checked on would take forever to get done only after constantly calling. The rent amount was inconsistent depending on who you were talking to. Always someone dropping the ball. When we moved out, they tried to charge us our deposit for cleaning up the apartment AFTER we hired someone to professionally clean it, then they tried to charge us for a new fridge saying they already paid $800 (the fridges at those apartments are old basic models and are nowhere near that much to replace) to replace it and threatening to report us to a credit agency if we don't pay immediately. We demanded to see an itemized receipt from management and were told they would contact corporate for it. Why would they have to do that for a receipt for a fridge they bought ? After a week of us calling for an update, they said "oh, actually we just decided to clean up the existing fridge, you'll be getting another with a check for the difference". SHADY . They think they can do whatever they want and pocket money from their tenants and it is disgusting. Horrible .
