I've smoked a cohiba at this place a few times and I never thought that meeting the owner would drive me to leave a bad review. The staff is usually very friendly and professional but I was mistreated by a guy behind the register. I had some simple questions and he totally disregarded me. As I continued to talk to him thinking he might not of heard me, he looked straight at me and answered his phone as it was ringing and placed his hand up in my face asking me to wait. I was appalled at such treatment and asked him what his position was, to which he arrogantly responded "I'm the owner"... What an idiot, why would anyone be proud of treating people this way? His blatant lack of professionalism and horrible disregard has lost him my business for good. The cigar lounge at Tivoli village is way classier and their staff is way better than this owner. I have the pleasure of knowing a good amount of cigar aficionados, and I look forward to tell them to avoid this place due to the disrespect of this man. Where I am from, people get killed for acting the way he did.
