I called and booked with them a week ago for Wed 1pm. Called on Fri again and confirmed the date and time. everything was done on the phone. Today I get a call at 9am saying that the cleaning lady is trying to find my house. I told the lady its booked for 1pm. I called the cleaning service lady on the phone said its booked for 9 am. She said I either get the cleaning done now or pay a 24 dollars cancellation fee. I mean WHAT?????. I told her there is no way to know if she made the mistake why should i pay for it? Since it was on the phone and I am 100 percent sure it was 1pm. i told her to rebook and let go of cancellation fee. she said no and said she is 100 percent sure it was 9 am and thats how it is. The worst experience. I was waiting for one week for this and now have to wait one week more because i am going to book with some other cleaning service and it takes a week. My time wasted by this Anna cleaning service. Never waste your time here.
