Had to update our review because we had a second trip to the EAC. Dr Obrien and team took excellent care of our dog after a rattlesnake bite. They called and updated us trough the night and let us know as soon as we could come get her. Thank you for again taking excellent care of our baby. Yes it was costly but it's emergency care, we were refunded for anticipated treatment she didn't need and I feel they are honest in their practice.
Previous post: We have never had a pet emergency, so didn't know where to go. We called our vet who was just closing and they recommended this place. Dr Halterman and all the staff took great care of our girl, the whole visit took an hour and a half. We went at about 8pm with no wait to be seen. Our dog ingested something which could be toxic, they really helped her! Be prepared to pay up front the visit fee+emergency fee which is ~$95 total, plus whatever else needs to be done. The extras are quoted to you before they treat so it's nice to have that control. For our situation, this place/staff were wonderful!!
