SCAM ALERT!! ZERO customer service! First red flag is a business that only operates through text! What??! Who runs a business like that?? Second red flag is when you try to book your ride, their website doesn't work and the phone numbers are disconnected or go to voicemail. Third red flag is the EXTRA charges you MUST accept to book your ride! Mandatory gratuity?! I'm in the service industry, but this is bullshit. Pay your tour guides!! A tip is for EXTRA service, NOT the minimum standard of doing your job!! And you don't tip BEFORE the service is completed, you tip AFTER! Finally, you book your ride online and then find out, they're sold out for the day because they don't have enough horses. Hey, I understand that shit happens, but TURN OFF the booking on your website! The place has SCAM written all over it, it's definitely worth paying a little extra and going somewhere else!
