I love this store but every time I come in I feel very uncomfortable. Once I even had an employee follow me and ask loudly "Can you see her?" This was following having two employees next to me talk about how they can't believe some people steal things. So I asked if I could help her and that if she thought I was stealing to please check my purse (LV by the way) which she did. And then she said that a lot of people steal so they were keeping their eye on me since I had been in there for some time. I explained that I am in the medical field and know nothing about makeup and was debating what to get etc.
I have noticed any time I go into this location I have to leave my purse zipped (like not even grab my cell) and go directly in and out or I am approached about shoplifting. Very unprofessional. I work as a RN at a local hospital and would never disrespect anyone the way this store does.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Go to the Summerlin location.
