My visit to Gilley's was A-OK. I wanted to enjoy my drinks and meal here a lot, but in all honesty it was just an average dining experience! The restaurant itself is clean, and has an adorable country vibe to it! Loved the music, location, ambiance, etc. But, I would say the food itself and all other aspects were just average. I ordered a classic margarita (2/5 stars), and the half-rotisserie chicken (3/5 stars).
A plus is that it did seem to be one of the cheaper places on the strip to grab drinks - especially during happy hour! After my table ordered just the regular sized drinks, we realized what a great deal it would have been to get the large - boot cup sized drinks! I believe it was only $14 dollars or so... What a great value. I would come back to Gilley's next time I visit Vegas because it was a fun vibe and conveniently located. However, I would definitely switch up what I ordered!
