Will never take my dog back here again because I do not trust my dog with rude/careless people! I picked up my dog and noticed he was unable to open his eyes. When I got home I noticed he had chunks of hair in his eyes so I took a warm wash cloth and gently took some of it out which seemed to help a little. After letting him rest for a couple hours he was still unable to fully open his eyes. I called the groomers and they told me that they would be responsible for the vet fee so I decided to take him in. The vet said the irritation was from the hair and prescribed some eye drops. I called the groomers to let them know what the vet said and the owner went back on her word and said she would not pay for the vet fee since I could have caused the irritation by trying to get it out and that I should have left the chunks of hair in his eyes as it should come out on his own. As we all know how irritating an eyelash can be, I could only imagine how my dog felt. I've taken him here for over a year and had no problems until employees/management changed.
