My Triumph Tiger 800 XC broke down and they got me going with the job done right, and in a reasonable amount of time. My shifter shaft sheared off right at the crank case. I rolled in there with all my gear and they looked at it right away. I actually got to speak with the mechanic and we made a plan. They opened it up, confirmed our suspicions, got the parts ordered quickly and when they came in, they got right on it and fixed it up quick. It shifted even better than before, and they even cleaned up the bike quite nicely without me asking. I also had a broken front brake lever and right hand mirror assembly. So they also ordered and installed a pair of Shorty levers and the mirror.
All in all I must say that I was more than satisfied, and happily surprised with the amount of helpfulness, very skilled mechanics, communication and follow through that was my experience at GO AZ motorcycles in Scottsdale. I surely highly recommend them. Thanks Chuck and James for all your hard work.
