I lived at the Hamptons for about 3 years, and this is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in and the most expensive for what you get (I was coming from out of state). The apartment was renovated upon my moving in, but the walls and ceiling are poorly constructed so you can hear the neighbors above and next to you. You will also continuously hear the outside traffic and sirens. The windows are old and do not insulate well. During the summer, we had to run the air continuously to keep our apartment maintaining 74-76 degrees and our electricity bills were $200-250+ for a small apartment! The list goes on and on about the problems with this complex. If circumstances allowed us to move out sooner, we would have been out after the first year. The only nice things about this place are the amenities and location.....but you are paying dearly for them. I am very happy I was able to move...
