Got my cars battery replaced here. Made appointment about a day ahead. Found a coupon online. Reasonable price plus $15 install. Staff were patient and professional. Took a little longer than stated--maybe 40 minutes instead of 30. They even let me know battery was still just barely in the acceptable charge range before replacing. Facility and restroom were clean. Waiting area is in tire showroom so I got a bit of a headache from the smell of tires. Not much for refreshments but my stay was brief. No hard up sell at all, just a note that tires are near their replacement as well. All in all exceeded my expectations.
