**PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION**
Every other 1 star reviewer for this Great Clips location was right. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and did everything I could to make sure the lady knew what I wanted, and she couldn't even give me a basic short haircut.
I always try to be patient, polite, and generous with tips, but this place was so unprofessional and poorly-practiced that this is the FIRST time in my entire life that I told them I didn't want to pay. They ruined my hair (because I have a strong feeling the lady cutting my hair made a mistake and tried to restyle it to fix it with spray and gel) and then expected me to sit back down so she could *take more off to fix it*
This is the only GC I have ever had an issue with and the first time I've been livid at crappy service. So do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS CAMPUS STAIN.
I was going to post pictures, but I was able to go to Champaign location and get it fixed for free (Two inches later). Maybe this place could learn a thing or two.
