EMPTY PROMISES and HORRENDOUS customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
We arrive and wait 15 mins. Our "stylist" comes out with a perturbed expression. I ask about pricing for lowlights, She said 60.00. That would equal 30 foils with 2.00 a foil. After 1.5 hours of deep sighs and eyes that seemed to roll more than bowling balls in a professional competition, we were left with a finish product that looked the same as we walked in.
If Hair Do Solon were in business for irritated professionals that specialized in bad attitudes, and keeping hair the same, we got our money's worth. That would of have been the best $70.00, (dang fiancé for tipping),we've ever spent.
Now let's see how good management will handle this.
