I tried this salon on several occasions and even sent a friend there, but we had to eventually move on. Before I went I read several reviews on here which said they were experts on blonde hair, but I can say that was their biggest problem. I like to be pretty blonde and so does the friend I sent, but every time I went it was never the right color or eek! darker. Another time, I had an appointment open and she booked someone else during my session and I ended up with roots because she wasn't concentrating on putting it close to the roots. Though the hairstylist did apologize and offer "make goods", but how many make goods does it take to just realize it's not going to get better from there?
